GCB Construction was founded in 1986 with a primary focus on residential construction and remodeling. After several years of growth, the company expanded into small commercial tenant improvement work.
The next phase of company growth was a move into property management, acquiring a small company and expanding the managed owner base from 80 clients to over 400. Our construction expertise produced superior financial results for our management clients and a high level of service for our managed tenant base.
